This policy explains your rights to Return or receive Refund. Please read this policy carefully before you complete your purchase.

(1) Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 14 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This returns policy applies to customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland who made their purchase via Veito UK Online store: www.veito.co.uk only.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have outlined in the The Consumer Contracts Regulations (which came into force in the UK in June 2014).

(2) Returns of unwanted (new) goods

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

(e) customer will be responsible for paying postage (insurance) costs associated with returns under this policy.

(3) Repair or Replace Faulty goods 

This section explains the process of repair and replace goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, or have developed a fault during its warranty period only:

(a) If the goods that you purchased and received from us are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, or have developed a fault you are entitled to a replacement, or repair the item or receive full refund within 30 days from the day you receive the goods or collected in person. All cost of materials & labour will be free of charge* if you agree for us to repair the goods. We will be responsible for paying postage (insurance) costs associated with returns under this policy.

(b) If the goods that you purchased and received from us have developed a fault after 30 days from the day you receive the goods or collected in person till the end of its warranty period (limited to 24 months only), we will attempt to repair the goods and all cost of materials or labour will be free of charge*. If attempt at repair fails or it is not possible then we will offer a replacement of the same or similar goods (if the goods has been discontinued or no longer available). If replacement is not possible, or the attempt at repair fails, we will offer a full refund. You will be responsible for paying postage (insurance) costs associated with returns under this policy;

(*) – NOTE: All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original receipt. All goods must be returned in a clean, dry condition, otherwise they may be returned to you without attention. Further advice is available by contacting us during office hours.

(c) you comply with the returns procedure set in this section; and

(d) none of the exclusions set in this section apply.

(4) Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

  • Submit a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) request by login in your account in our online shop: www.veito.co.uk, or

Once you RMA is approved the good(s) returned under this policy must be sent to:

  • Veito UK Ltd, 19 Carron Place, Kelvin Industrial Estate, GLASGOW, G75 0YL

Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for paying postage (insurance) costs associated with returns under this policy.

(5) Refunds

Once we receive the good(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, as outlined in this policy, to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days and a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

(6) Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may keep the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
